I was back in SF last week, and finally got a picture of this little guy, right where it was back when I worked there every day. Somehow I knew what it was back then, but can't for the life of me remember what it is. Reasonably certain they weren't sold over here. Reasonably certain it's a Citroen. Beyond that, memory's failing me, and so, apparently, are my Google skills.
